We are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to drive analytics, optimize marketing processes, and support cross-functional collaboration within our team, particularly in developing culturally authentic language learning products.
Responsibilities: You will lead the alignment of marketing technology with organizational goals, implement advanced analytics frameworks, and create effective sales enablement content while optimizing campaign performance and driving pipeline growth.
Skills: Required skills include a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of marketing experience focused on operations and automation, 3+ years of experience with Marketo or similar systems, proficiency in Salesforce, and strong project management abilities.
Qualifications: Preferred experience in the edtech or education publishing industry.
Location: The position is remote with a hybrid schedule requiring in-office work in Boston, MA a minimum of two days a week.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $80,000 - $120,000.
