Data Analyst II, Connect

Spring Health is a rapidly scaling mental health care company building clinically validated technology to deliver personalized care at scale. The Data Analyst II will partner with a new internal venture and cross-functional product teams to design, build, and maintain analytics, dashboards, and core metrics that measure user discovery, engagement, and outcomes.

Skills

  • 3+ years working with data, data visualization, and dashboarding tools
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Familiarity with dbt or similar transformation tools
  • Experience building reports in Looker, Tableau, or equivalent
  • Ability to translate business/product needs into analytics requirements
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • User empathy and experience designing for non-technical audiences
  • Comfort working independently with senior/executive stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the venture and product teams to define and maintain reporting infrastructure and product KPIs
  • Design and build dashboards and visualizations that enable non-technical stakeholders to explore trends and identify drivers
  • Maintain accurate, consistent metric definitions and reporting in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Provide training, documentation, and support so downstream teams can access and use reporting effectively
  • Collaborate with analytics engineers to maintain and extend dbt data models that support core metrics
  • Measure and iterate on dashboard adoption and impact (e.g., dashboard MAUs, views) to prioritize improvements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Relevant certifications or coursework in analytics, BI, or data engineering are a plus
