Skills
- Strong SQL proficiency for data extraction and analysis
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and experiments
- Proficiency with BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Excel, Spotfire, QlikView or similar)
- Statistical modeling and predictive analytics (regression, time-series, ML techniques)
- Comfort with large datasets and e-commerce marketing metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain dashboards tracking paid marketing programs and new customer performance
- Develop predictive models for customer LTV and related KPIs using statistical and ML techniques
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to validate hypotheses and improve marketing ROI
- Automate repeatable analyses and contribute to scalable analytics frameworks
- Translate quantitative insights into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
- Serve as subject-matter expert on marketing metrics, paid media, and ad-tech channel performance
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Math) or equivalent experience
- Relevant coursework or certifications in analytics, statistics, or data science preferred
