Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve customer issues across inbound/outbound calls, chat, and email
- Provide technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network problems
- Advocate internally for customers and ensure their concerns are addressed
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to surface product, process, and training gaps
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and improve troubleshooting workflows
- Create and maintain internal knowledge base articles and help center collateral
- Work scheduled shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
