Responsibilities
- Track and drive core user metrics (NPS, Customer Contact Ratio, Cancellation Ratio, CSAT, etc.)
- Triage and prioritize root causes of poor user experience across network, product, support, billing, shipping, marketing, legal, and communications
- Design, fix, automate, or remove processes to resolve structural and emergent issues
- Serve as product manager/project owner for feature launches and software automation projects
- Create feedback loops and preventive measures to reduce recurring customer-impacting issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical findings to business stakeholders
- Support off-hours operations and travel to customer sites and other SpaceX locations as needed
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (required)
