- Strong troubleshooting for Windows and macOS systems
- Hardware repair, deployment, and imaging skills
- Experience with ticketing/ITSM systems and QA of tickets
- Familiarity with standard client applications (Microsoft Office, browsers)

- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Inventory, purchasing, and logistics familiarity
- Vendor coordination and relationship management
- Able to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and perform hands-on tasks
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours when necessary
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, evaluate, and mentor IT services technicians
- Delegate tasks and develop technician work schedules
- Monitor ticket queue and provide quality assurance on in-progress tickets
- Resolve difficult issues, identify root causes, and implement improvements
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise execution of projects and workloads
- Produce reports on technician activities, performance, and operational issues
- Route or escalate service requests to functional teams as needed
- Identify and drive process improvements with team and peers
- Participate in IT services supply chain, purchasing, and distribution
- Manage inventory of products in IT Services warehouses with IT logistics
- Collaborate with 3rd-party vendors to build and maintain vendor relationships
- Be available to travel and work extended hours or weekends as required
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) preferred
