Starlink Enterprise Account Lead, Europe

SpaceX’s Starlink is expanding global low-latency broadband service and is hiring an Enterprise Account Lead focused on Europe to own onboarding, operational support, and lifecycle management for enterprise customers and resellers. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, comfortable managing cross-functional stakeholders, and willing to travel across Europe to ensure successful deployments and long-term account health.

Skills

  • Customer-facing account management
  • Project and case management across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English; additional European languages preferred
  • High attention to detail and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfort using internal systems and CRM tools to document, track, and execute tasks
  • Ability to work under ambiguity and propose pragmatic solutions
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers and resellers across Europe from contract signature through onboarding and ongoing operations
  • Manage shipments, invoicing, service activation, collections, and regulatory compliance for assigned accounts
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with partners and navigate complex European regulatory, invoicing, and logistical requirements
  • Coordinate across internal stakeholders to prioritize customer needs and ensure timely operational follow-through
  • Monitor account health and product/service satisfaction, proactively identifying and resolving issues
  • Translate recurring customer feedback into recommendations for tooling and process improvements
  • Support creation of European market playbooks, workflows, and enablement materials
  • Be available for travel across Europe and work extended hours or weekends when needed for time-sensitive operations

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field OR high school diploma/equivalency with 2+ years relevant experience
  • Professional experience in customer-facing, consulting, or project management roles (minimum 1 year)
