- Strong debugging, performance optimization, and unit testing skills.
- Familiarity with RF lab equipment and hardware bring-up workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and maintain physical- and MAC-layer wireless software for Starlink.
- Architect and prototype signal processing algorithms and next-gen hardware features.
- Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, verification, and support launches.
- Integrate cross-layer software with other teams for end-to-end system operation.
- Develop prototypes to validate design concepts and quantify constraints.
- Write unit tests, optimize performance, and support software lifecycle including testing and operational support.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related STEM field (required).
- Advanced degree in EE/CS or related field preferred but not required.
