Skills
- 5+ years professional React Native experience
- Proficient in TypeScript for React/React Native
- Deep understanding of state management (React Query, Context API, Redux, etc.)
- Experience debugging native mobile issues across iOS and Android
- Familiarity with mobile CI/CD tools (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Experience with mono-repo workflows and Git code management
- Experience delivering apps to the App Store and Google Play
- Strong written communication and ability to work autonomously in remote teams
- Experience integrating monitoring and analytics (crash reporting, Amplitude, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native, with native Swift/Kotlin work as needed
- Provide technical leadership and ownership for product features from design through production
- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to implement and refine features
- Optimize app performance, load times, responsiveness, and stability
- Monitor crash reports, usage metrics, and integrate monitoring solutions
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver features iteratively
- Make strong architectural choices based on evaluation and prior experience
- Represent product features technically to stakeholders and ensure successful releases
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant mobile development coursework, certifications, or equivalent professional experience
