Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage automation projects from ideation through hand-off to operations
- Architect, write, and debug organized, maintainable PLC code for high-volume manufacturing
- Implement ANSI/RIA/OSHA-compliant robot and machinery safety systems
- Design NEC/NFPA/UL508A-compliant electrical systems and panels
- Create clear, user-friendly HMI/SCADA screens for operation and troubleshooting
- Commission machines, prove rate capability, and troubleshoot production systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally on schedules, budgets, and execution to meet milestones
- Perform hands-on electrical and controls troubleshooting in the factory environment
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or computer science (required)
