Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate server and network hardware components and configurations
- Perform hardware testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to validate performance and reliability
- Assume technical acceptance and quality control of equipment at global facilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational and performance standards
- Travel to colocation data centers for installations, major deployments, and maintenance as required
- Document test procedures, results, configurations, and recommendations for ongoing improvements
Education
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant certifications (preferred but not required) such as CompTIA A+ or Network+
