- Experience with ERP/MRP systems in a production environment
- Proficiency with SQL for data extraction and shortage analysis
- Strong scheduling and capacity planning skills
- Familiarity with automation tools (VBA, Smartsheet, Power BI or similar)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management

- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain rate-based production schedules for assigned hardware across 6+ missions and identify part shortage need dates
- Develop scheduling scenarios and align stakeholders on hardware allocation between new and refurbished assets
- Set, track, and execute daily and weekly production goals accounting for personnel and equipment constraints
- Manage prioritization of shared resources and negotiate cross-departmental priorities to optimize outcomes
- Monitor MRP systems, run SQL queries to find shortages, and drive material into production
- Identify and implement scheduling automation to reduce manual schedule maintenance
- Conduct work-center capacity analysis and lead initiatives to reduce near-term and future schedule risk
- Lead root-cause investigations on build issues and drive corrective actions to remove blockers
- Identify opportunities to improve yield, quality, safety, cost, and team efficiency
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in engineering, operations, supply chain, or related field OR equivalent manufacturing scheduling experience
- Alternatively 3+ years of relevant manufacturing scheduling/planning/operations experience without a degree
