Skills
- Extensive experience in design verification and testbench development for digital ASICs/FPGAs
- Proficiency with verification methodologies and constrained-random verification
- Strong object-oriented programming and scripting skills (automation with Python preferred)
- Experience with coverage-driven verification and developing verification plans
- Hands-on familiarity with RTL design, chip bring-up, and post-silicon validation
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute block- and system-level digital ASIC/FPGA verification and verification plans
- Develop and maintain verification testbenches, directed and constrained-random tests, and coverage models
- Drive pre-silicon verification activities and coordinate chip bring-up and post-silicon validation
- Define verification milestones, analyze coverage/results, and prioritize closure activities
- Collaborate across systems, firmware, architecture, design, and product engineering teams
- Mentor and guide other engineers on verification methodology and best practices
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science (required)
- Advanced degree in EE or CE preferred
