- Hands-on experience with automated manufacturing equipment
- Ability to triage defects and lead corrective actions
- Experience with MES/ERP/MRP systems
- Familiarity with NX and Teamcenter (preferred)
- Data analysis skills (SQL or equivalent)
- Strong computer literacy (Windows, iOS, custom software)
- Ability to work shifts, overtime, and weekends as required
Responsibilities
- Execute new product introduction builds across all work centers
- Program, load, and operate automated production equipment
- Triage non-conforming products and drive corrective and preventative actions
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while maintaining quality and delivery timelines
- Perform process development and validation for new models on aggressive timelines
- Transition products from development to volume production
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for yield, performance, and cost
- Define and support maintenance schedules and activities
Education
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate plus 2+ years hands-on manufacturing experience
- OR bachelor's degree in engineering, math, or a science discipline
