Sodexo is seeking a Multi-Service Operations Manager to support both Environmental Services and Facilities. This is a first shift position managing a team of 10 that will also support a rotational "on call" schedule as business needs dictate.  Sisters of Mercy Convent is a 70 room private, non-union residence for retired nuns.  The campus also includes Our Lady of Mercy School with 600 students (6th -12th grade) that is part of the property. We provide housekeeping and facility maintenance for the Convent and facility maintenance for the school.  Experience with housekeeping, maintenance, and facility management is ideal. This role will report directly into the General Manager and the successful candidate for this position will have solid knowledge of Sodexo systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years   

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services
