We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Global Agency & Partner Marketing to lead our global B2B strategy for engaging and growing Snap’s Agency and Third-Party Partners. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving understanding, consideration and adoption of Snap advertising and emerging solutions.
You’ll lead a small but mighty team, and operate as a key cross-functional connector across Product Marketing, Comms, Events, Sales and Partnership Organizations. You’ll shape our Agency & Partner narratives, scale audience-first programs, lead global and North America campaigns that inspire and activate Agencies & Partners on Snap. This role reports to the Senior Director of Americas Marketing and plays a key part in shaping Global Business Marketing Strategy.
Lead Agency & Partner Marketing Strategy: Set the global vision, roadmap, and priorities for Agency & Partner marketing—scaling programs that drive ecosystem growth, engagement, and long-term value for this audience & Snap.
People Management: Manage a small and high-performing team. Guide career growth, drive clarity, and build an inclusive and inspiring team culture.
Own Agency & Partners Campaigns End-to-End: Lead the strategy and execution of integrated, global campaigns—from concept to launch—across product GTM & evergreen programs with North America impact & global scale.
Champion the Agency & Partner Voice: Embed authentic agency and partner insights into marketing strategies, content, and experiences. Operate as a key advocate across Snap.
Partner Across Snap: Collaborate deeply with Product Marketing, Sales, Comms, Insights, Partnerships and Regional teams to ensure messaging, storytelling, and product positioning resonate with our audience.
Drive Global Consistency: Develop playbooks, toolkits, and frameworks to standardize how we market to and with Agencies & Partners worldwide—across channels, surfaces, and partners.
Measure, Optimize, Scale: Define success metrics, measure campaign performance, and continuously iterate based on insights. Bring a test-and-learn mindset to everything we do.
Lead with Innovation: Stay ahead of Agency & Partner trends, platforms, and community behaviors. Identify new opportunities to drive cultural relevance and differentiate Snap marketing solutions.
A deep proficiency for storytelling with experience translating insights, product information and data into client-facing marketing presentations.
Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance, and to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability and experience thinking creatively, communicating and presenting to large groups, and a deep proficiency in brand building.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

12+ years of experience in marketing, including 4+ years focused on Agency, Partner or tech platform marketing.
Experience building programs that resonate with Agency & Partner audiences—especially within advertising technology.
Proven strategic leader with the ability to anticipate challenges, synthesize complex inputs, and drive clear, high-impact decisions across functions and geographies.
Deep passion for the partner and advertising ecosystems and a forward-looking perspective on marketing technology.

Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills—comfortable as an internal and external spokesperson.

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $209,000-$313,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
