Responsibilities
- Develop and manage budgets and long-term facilities plans aligned with firm growth and operations
- Oversee performance of building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and waste management
- Review and manage vendor contracts ensuring quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness
- Manage contractors on facility-related projects to ensure timely, on-budget delivery with minimal disruption
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Oversee contracted service providers such as security, food service, janitorial, fitness center, and landscaping
- Serve as liaison with building management teams at all company facilities
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
