Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Customer Success Managers with a focus on enterprise accounts.
- Meet or exceed performance targets and promote career development within the team.
- Drive customer product adoption, uncover revenue opportunities, and forecast retention using data.
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Professional Services to enhance customer satisfaction and account growth.
- Build and refine scalable customer success programs.
- Promote operational excellence and an inclusive team culture.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
