As a General Manager, you take full ownership of our branch operations across key downtown and/or airport locations. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT 

• You manage all operational aspects of designated branches, including downtown and/or airport locations 
• You develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with business requirements, enhance operational processes, and foster employee engagement 
• You spearhead revenue growth strategies, analyze costs effectively, and optimize incremental sales opportunities 
• You provide strategic oversight of business operations to ensure alignment of resources, training, and infrastructure to meet set targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) 
• You offer guidance, mentorship, coaching, and leadership to nurture employee growth and development plans 
• You manage budgets, employee reviews, training, schedules, and contract negotiations for optimal efficiency 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER 

• Experience & Education You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred with 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales, business development or customer service. Experience in the car rental industry is required 
• Organization & Customer Service You demonstrate a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and operational KPIs and successful leadership experience in sales operations driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction 
• Communication Skills You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Work Hours & Travel You are able to travel domestically up to 40% of the time to designated locations
