The focus lies in functional transformation, digital and AI transformation, and cultural transformation. Sia’s Managing Directors (MDs) are pivotal leaders who drive the firm’s strategic direction and long-term success. They are accountable or accelerating business growth through business development, client relationship management, consulting delivery, and team Leadership.
In addition to client acquisition and growth, MDs serve as trusted advisors – bringing thought leadership, strategic foresight, and industry best practices to help clients navigate complex transformation journeys. Office Workplace Guidelines
Sia provides a flexible workplace environment tailored to meet client and business needs. Managing Directors are expected to work from the office full time, five days per week. This reflects the critical leadership role Managing Directors play in driving our business, fostering collaboration and strengthening client relationships.
