Skills
- Proven product management experience in fintech and B2B SaaS
- Domain knowledge of payments, BNPL, lending, banking, payroll or AR/AP
- Strong prioritization and roadmap trade-off skills
- Experience with user research and data-driven decision making
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
- Clear written and verbal communication with senior executives
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced startup environments
Responsibilities
- Define and champion a long-term Fintech product vision and roadmap informed by market research and shop feedback
- Drive feature scoping, prioritization, and trade-off decisions to maximize impact
- Write detailed requirements, product specs, and manage the product backlog
- Lead cross-functional delivery with engineering, design, payments ops, sales, legal, and marketing
- Conduct user research and data analysis to represent the voice of SMB and enterprise customers
- Manage full product lifecycle from discovery and validation through launch and iteration
- Track and report key product metrics (engagement, revenue, adoption) and iterate based on outcomes
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- Graduate degree (MBA or MS) preferred but not required
