Responsibilities
- Engage customers, partners, and stakeholders to define business use cases and validate product strategy
- Evangelize product strategy and drive adoption, referenceability, and success stories
- Collaborate with inbound product, engineering, and product marketing to align releases to business goals
- Train and enable sales and partner teams on new product initiatives and positioning
- Define implementation, pricing, revenue opportunities, and go-to-market materials
- Build KPIs, run experimentation lifecycle, and measure product performance and usage
- Maintain competitive landscape knowledge and identify differentiation opportunities
- Present product vision and outcomes to executives and cross-functional teams
- Advocate for accessibility and ensure awareness of ADA/WCAG implications for customers
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred but not required
