Salary Rate: $80,000
Level of Formal Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Area of Study: Communications, Human Resources, or Psychology preferred
Years of Experience: 3 + years
Type of Experience: Full cycle recruiting experience and one year in a corporate environment, healthcare, hospitality or seniors housing preferred.
Language Skills: Acceptable fluency in English in order to perform job duties and speak, read, write, and communicate with all others.
Technical Competencies: Strong in Microsoft Office and experience in Applicant Tracking System
Skills and Ability:
Information Systems: ATS platforms, iCIMS preferred, onboarding, recruiting and human resource information systems.
