Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the Global HR Program Manager, you will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of global talent programs across attraction, movement, and development. This role blends strategic program management, and cross-functional leadership to deliver scalable, high-impact initiatives aligned with business priorities. You will serve as a key HR partner, overseeing talent programs and operations that shape the future workforce.

Program Management & Operational Excellence

  • Own the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of global talent programs across attraction, movement, and development.
  • Design and manage Global Talent Learning programs that support onboarding, career development, and leadership growth, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide talent strategies and business goals.
  • Lead initiatives that embed continuous learning and development into everyday workflows, enabling active engagement for employee upskilling and knowledge sharing.
  • Monitor program performance and recommend enhancements based on analytics and business feedback.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with HR, business leaders, and subject matter experts to create scalable learning experiences aligned to organizational needs.
  • Communicate program goals, outcomes, and impact to stakeholders to influence decision-making and drive change.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Global Talent Attraction teams to integrate messaging into employer branding efforts.
  • Support Global Talent Movement initiatives by aligning development programs with relocation, internal movement, and career transitions.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, with a track record of leading large-scale initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.

SKILLS:

  • Strong program management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across global teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improvements.

Compensation & Benefits Details

  • An employee’s pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2) skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance, contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6) internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational needs.
  • The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York.  This range may be modified in the future.
  • You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance.  Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan. Please note that not all roles are eligible to participate in the LTI program, and not all roles are eligible for equity under the LTI plan. RSU awards are also available to eligible new hires, subject to Sandisk's Standard Terms and Conditions for Restricted Stock Unit Awards.
