Senior Associate Lifecycle Marketing - Healthline - job 2 of 2

RVO Health seeks a Senior Associate Lifecycle Marketing professional to design and execute personalized, omnichannel marketing journeys aimed at increasing user engagement and retention across Healthline Media properties. The role focuses on leveraging data insights and AI tools to improve lifetime value of users within a collaborative, culture-focused environment.

Skills

  • Proven experience with lifecycle marketing and marketing analysis.
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM platforms like Iterable, Sailthru, or Braze.
  • Strong SQL skills enabling independent data querying and analysis.
  • Familiarity with hypothesis-driven A/B, MVT, and holdout testing methodologies.
  • Experience using data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred experience in D2C digital products and working alongside Product and Data Science teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy and execution of personalized multi-step customer journeys to boost engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Analytics teams to develop models for high-impact personalization using first-party data and AI.
  • Co-lead onsite personalization to increase repeat visits and known user engagement.
  • Develop frameworks to evaluate and grow retention and lifetime value by segment.
  • Create and refine segmentation strategies for known users.
  • Expand first-party data collection across onsite and lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Develop KPIs for lifecycle marketing and report performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Optimize campaign performance via A/B testing, multivariate testing, and iterative learning.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Technology, or relevant experience.
