Rue Gilt Groupe, a leading off-price e-commerce portfolio company, is seeking a Director, People to join their Boston-based People Team. The role focuses on defining and implementing people strategies aligned with business goals, serving as an employee champion, and contributing to a dynamic, performance-driven culture in a fast-paced environment.

  • Build effective relationships across Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, and broader organization.
  • Manage and develop a direct report and mentor other People team members.
  • Contribute to overall HR Partner capability and People Team strategy.
  • Deliver ongoing People initiatives and talent programs, managing specific talent projects.
  • Participate or lead functional and cross-functional initiatives.

Education
