- FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 (required)
- Understanding of equities and option strategies
- Familiarity with Regulation T and FINRA Rule 4210
- Experience handling retail client margin calls
- Proficiency with data-driven tools and automation-minded workflows
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and adherence to SOPs and compliance
Responsibilities
- Review daily margin calls and execute the firm's margin sellout process
- Investigate, prioritize, and resolve margin-related escalations
- Communicate with customers via email and phone in a live support environment
- Monitor intraday risk alerts and proactively remediate account issues to mitigate firm and customer risk
- Partner with clearing, engineering, product, and compliance teams to drive operational efficiency and product improvements
- Test margin product functionality and review outbound communications and educational materials
- Maintain detailed records in accordance with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements
- Act as a subject matter expert during system outages or critical incidents
- Contribute to scaling processes, documentation, tools, and workflows
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 required (certifications listed alongside education requirements)
