Skills
- 5+ years software development experience in fast-paced environments.
- 3+ years building low-latency, large-scale distributed systems in crypto or finance domains.
- Proficiency in Go or Python and strong production debugging skills.
- Experience owning services across the full software lifecycle (design, deploy, operate).
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work across multiple engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and release high-quality components for the tokenization engine and related services.
- Build scalable, low-latency distributed systems with strong emphasis on stability and maintainability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with trading, custody, portfolio, market data, and metadata teams to deliver large-scope projects.
- Lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and drive system improvements.
- Identify and address performance, reliability, and operational risks in production systems.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) preferred but not required.
