Senior or Lead Software Engineer

Accountabilities:

·         Design, develop, and maintain scalable, maintainable, and performant software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.

·         Build and deploy microservices in hybrid and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) with a focus on reliability and efficiency.

·         Collaborate with cross-discipline teams on architecture, code reviews, and solution design to ensure best practices and software quality.

·         Mentor and coach engineers, fostering professional growth and improving team velocity and developer experience.

·         Contribute to the technology roadmap by evaluating emerging technologies and implementing innovative solutions.

·         Optimize system performance through profiling, tuning, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications.

·         Develop, secure, and maintain RESTful APIs following best practices and standards.

·         Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

·         Strong expertise in modern programming languages, particularly C# and .NET 6+, with knowledge of functional programming, concurrency, and multithreading.

·         Experience with enterprise application frameworks, dependency injection, ORM tools (e.g., Entity Framework), and modular application design.

·         Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying microservices in production.

·         Proficiency with cloud platforms, especially AWS, and familiarity with cloud-native tools such as Kubernetes and Docker.

·         Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and build tools (e.g., MSBuild/NuGet).

·         Experience with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).

·         Familiarity with frontend frameworks (Angular or React) is a plus.

·         Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

·         Preferred: experience in FinTech or lending, event-driven architectures, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and testing frameworks.
