- Excellent written and verbal communication and de-escalation skills
- Ability to make quick, accurate decisions under pressure and across time zones
Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer issues involving futures, options, and margin using deep product and subject-matter expertise
- Identify and communicate potential customer or firm risk clearly and professionally
- Use internal tools (e.g., Salesforce, Twilio) to manage customer communications and cases
- Assist customers navigating the Robinhood app, web, and futures products with clear technical explanations
- Place closing trades for customers when necessary, applying brokerage and risk-management knowledge
- Research market events and explain theoretical impacts to customers without providing investment advice
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Relevant professional certifications (Series 3, 7, 63) required
