Senior Technical Account Manager

Rithum is a leading commerce network powering tens of thousands of brands and retailers; the company is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager to act as a strategic technical advisor for enterprise clients, lead integrations and optimization initiatives, own complex technical workstreams, and partner across Client Success, Product, and Engineering to drive client value and platform adoption.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of APIs, data mapping, and feed architecture
  • Experience managing enterprise integrations and onboarding
  • Proficiency with workflow/project tools such as Salesforce and JIRA
  • Technical project management and issue resolution
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Root-cause analysis and troubleshooting
  • Experience with eCommerce or product data platforms (preferred)
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary weekly technical touchpoint for assigned enterprise clients, managing BAU activities and execution.
  • Develop and oversee channel implementation strategies aligned to channel technical requirements and platform capabilities.
  • Drive tactical execution across the platform, including operational workflows and commercial levers (repricing, promotions, algorithmic optimization).
  • Conduct technical reviews to identify optimization opportunities and provide forward-looking recommendations.
  • Resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Client Success Engineering teams.
  • Bridge communication between client technical teams and internal stakeholders to ensure clear requirements and streamlined execution.
  • Support technical roadmap planning, feature adoption, and product feedback loops with strategic clients.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of platform functionality, data flows, and emerging capabilities.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and standardization of technical best practices; mentor less experienced TAMs.
  • Manage technical projects and ensure timely delivery using tracking tools and cross-functional coordination.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science or related technical field preferred
  • Equivalent relevant experience accepted
