Staff Software Engineer, Client Management
Skills
- Proven full-stack engineering experience building SaaS applications
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and architectural patterns
- Backend development for microservices architectures and containerized deployments
- API design and implementation (REST, real-time processing); messaging experience
- Frontend development with modern frameworks, component-based architecture and CSS
- Cloud deployment and operations experience (AWS preferred)
- CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automated testing and release pipelines
- Monitoring, alerting and production diagnostics
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end SDLC work from requirements and design through implementation, testing, and production support
- Contribute architectural and technical leadership on an Agile product team
- Deliver high-quality, well-tested code and champion automation, logging, and monitoring
- Design and build scalable backend services and APIs for high-volume numerical data
- Develop responsive frontend interfaces using modern component frameworks
- Deploy and optimize applications on AWS with cost and reliability focus
- Create automation and IaC to support scalable, repeatable deployments
- Rapidly diagnose and resolve production issues and performance problems
- Coach, mentor, and grow engineering teammates and promote knowledge sharing
Education
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Science or related discipline
- Professional experience equivalent to degree where applicable
