Responsibilities
- Own technical vision, design, and rollout of automation frameworks across the Technology organization.
- Design, build, and maintain testing infrastructure for multiple product teams.
- Lead and mentor engineers on test automation best practices and quality strategies.
- Manage end-to-end test architecture throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Resolve complex test pipeline issues and drive process improvements organizationally.
- Conduct learning sessions, code reviews, and support team adoption of quality practices.
Education
- Relevant technical degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
