RethinkBH is seeking an Account Manager to drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives with behavioral health practices focused on ABA treatment for autism. The role requires collaboration with various teams to identify customer opportunities and support customer retention efforts.
Responsibilities: Manage the upsell/cross-sell process, maintain sales tracking, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and represent the firm at industry events.
Skills: Experience with ABA practices, strong sales skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with SaaS and Salesforce.com.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field, experience in ABA/special education, and account management or sales experience preferred.
Location: Remote opportunities available within various states in the USA.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $60,000 - $90,000.

The Account Manager is responsible for up-sells and cross-sells with small, mid-sized, and enterprise behavioral health practices focused on the delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment to individuals with autism. The selected candidate will identify opportunities from the Customer Success teams to expand customer accounts.
The ideal candidate will have experience with ABA practices, sales, and be very comfortable learning new technologies to identify opportunities for customers.
