RMC is seeking a Systems Engineer IV to support the development and maintenance of complex systems for a Department of the Navy (DoN) customer located in Norfolk, VA. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying advanced principles and techniques of systems engineering to ensure that the solutions provided meet operational needs in an efficient and effective manner.
This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across various departments to analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure technical performance across the lifecycle of multiple government systems.

Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $211,300 (Annually)
