About Us:
We are a leading health technology company committed to transforming healthcare through innovative solutions that drive efficiency, security, and clinical excellence. Our platform spans a diverse set of core components critical to enterprise healthcare operations in the Senior Living and Long-Term care space — from revenue cycle management to cutting-edge clinical innovations — all operating within a highly regulated environment.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly capable and collaborative Director of Product Management to support and lead the execution of the development, delivery, and evolving our Clinical and Platform foundations – including core modules and services that underpin our 360 Platform and span multiple care settings. Examples of these common areas in addition to clinical and platform foundations include: demographics, user management, census, and user security. This role is designed to serve and enable our business verticals, which own the strategic direction and P&L for high-acuity, low-acuity, and horizontal domains such as business solutions. This role will work closely with these vertical leaders to ensure the foundational platform components align with their strategic roadmaps and operational needs. In addition, the role requires close collaboration with subject matter experts, engineering, design, and other stakeholders.
This is a supportive, delivery-focused role that requires strong cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering scalable, compliant, and high performing solutions and underlying technologies. The ideal candidate is a hands-on product leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about enabling others to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business vertical leaders to understand their strategic roadmaps and ensure platform capabilities are aligned to support their goals.
Oversee the development, delivery, and evolution of shared clinical and platform services, including demographics, user management, census, user security, and audit logging.
Partner with technology leadership to ensure the platform architecture is modular, scalable, and optimized for performance to reliably support diverse care settings—including high-acuity, low-acuity, and horizontal domains such as business, dining, and data—while maintaining a cohesive user experience and minimizing operational downtime.
Own, oversee, and optimize tech costs including hosting and licensed third-party components.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, clinical stakeholders, sales, and executive leadership to align product development with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Ensure solutions deliver measurable improvements in patient care, staff productivity, and operational efficiency.
Maintain and enhance strong user security measures and audit logging frameworks to meet healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA and HITECH.
Manage dependencies and trade-offs across diverse product components to ensure cohesive architecture, interoperability, and a unified user experience.
Balance and prioritize competing requests from multiple care segments to maximize business impact and return on investment.
Oversee product delivery in an agile enterprise environment, maintaining the right balance between speed, quality, and compliance.
Manage, coach, and develop a team of product managers, fostering high performance, growth, and accountability.
Build and sustain a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement in process and delivery.
Qualifications:
7+ years of product management experience in health tech or a similarly regulated enterprise software environment.
Proven success managing large-scale, multi-domain product portfolios with significant business impact.
Understanding of healthcare clinical technology innovation. Experience with EMR solutions for the senior living and long-term care market segments is preferred
Expertise in user security, compliance, and audit logging within regulated industries.
Strong technical acumen with experience influencing technical architecture decisions.
Build and sustain a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement in process and delivery.
Ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks and balance compliance with innovation.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
