The Director of Business Development – Industrial Solutions is responsible for driving a global team of regional business development professionals to application-level business opportunities through early customer engagement. Focus will be on the Industrial market, including applications in Building and Industrial Automation. This can include door locks, building security, HVAC and other technologies enabling next generation technologies. The Director will act as the strategic leader and lead regional experts, guiding market strategy, influencing internal stakeholders, and enabling solution wins in close coordination with sales, marketing, product lines and engineering teams.

The expected annual pay range for this position in San Jose is $190K-$220K. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
