Skills
- 6+ years of Salesforce experience including advanced administration and solution architecture.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration, automation, security, and data modeling.
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components to evaluate development needs.
- Proven experience designing scalable solutions using Flows, validation rules, custom objects, and sharing models.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementable designs.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and act as a trusted Salesforce architect across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform tools.
- Design and document scalable, sustainable Salesforce solutions and platform best practices.
- Support and mentor Salesforce administrators with design input, troubleshooting, and configuration reviews.
- Partner with RevOps, ProductOps, Support, and stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend platform solutions.
- Evaluate declarative vs. custom development approaches and recommend appropriate strategies (Flows vs Apex/LWC).
- Review and validate configurations, automations, and customizations to ensure alignment with standards and business goals.
- Maintain platform stability, performance, governance, and proactive issue resolution.
- Contribute to and assist in delivering strategic Salesforce initiatives and key projects during the contract term.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Salesforce certifications preferred (Advanced Administrator, Application Architect, etc.)
