Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of leadership experience in sales, particularly in the healthcare and technology industries, are required.
Location: This position is based in Morrisville, NC, with a flexible hybrid work environment requiring in-office attendance approximately 40 days per quarter.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $130,000 - $180,000.

WHAT CAN RELIAS OFFER YOU?
The Director of Business Development will lead managers whose teams are product and vertical focused. These teams generate opportunities from marketing leads and from outbound efforts for our sales organization that lead to pipeline generation and bookings. They will also oversee manager(s) of direct selling team(s) in the B2C sales organization and ensure targets are met and exceeded. The Director of Business Development will also collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations frequently to meet the needs of Relias.
IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:
Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 40 days/quarter.
