Skills
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems in advanced manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, SQL, JavaScript, Java, or C#
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes and metrics
- Systems integration experience and attention to data integrity and governance
- Ability to translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions and clear documentation
Responsibilities
- Architect and own end-to-end enterprise workflows across planning and execution, MRP, procure-to-pay, material movement, and change control.
- Design, build, and maintain technical infrastructure that treats processes as products with a focus on data integrity, reliability, and automation.
- Continuously monitor and optimize performance using real-time data to improve scheduling accuracy, fulfillment velocity, inventory health, and compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, supply chain, software engineering, finance, and operations to define requirements and implement changes.
- Lead factory and supply chain automation and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring orchestration between physical and digital systems.
- Establish and enforce standards for change management, data governance, and interface contracts and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations Management, or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain engineering, product engineering, or software engineering with MRP/ERP focus
