Skills
- Expertise in forecasting, cost control, and schedule management for construction projects
- Strong experience tracking committed vs. actual costs, contingency drawdowns, and change order management
- Ability to build integrated master schedules that include permitting, procurement, and construction timelines
- Skilled in creating stakeholder reports, executive dashboards, and variance analysis
- Experience managing multiple concurrent capital projects while maintaining accuracy and risk visibility
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning and schedule coordination for capital infrastructure projects from early design through construction closeout
- Develop and manage detailed project budgets including soft costs, escalation, contingency, and design fees
- Build and maintain integrated master schedules capturing permitting, procurement, construction, and turnover milestones
- Track committed vs. actual costs, update forecasts, and provide early visibility on budget or schedule risks
- Produce weekly/monthly performance reports and executive dashboards showing variance, milestones, and contingency usage
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Construction, and external contractors/vendors
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related technical field (required)
