Product/Graphics Developer

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Product/Graphics Developer to support The Headquarters United States Space Force (HQ USSF) Chief Strategy and Resource Office (CSRO). This office is responsible for carrying out and executing strategic planning, long-range resource allocation, and developing, directing, and conducting USSF programming activities necessary to complete the USSF Program Objective Memorandum (POM). Additionally, the CSRO delivers integrated Service space strategies, policies, and requirements in order to provide organized, trained, and equipped space forces for employment by Joint Force Commanders. 

• Build products for senior leaders; detailed mission analysis; personnel and facilities planning; contingency planning; guidance updates, security cooperation and partner engagement planning, program and budge preparation. 
• Provide graphic support for corporate structure presentations. 
• Calendar management/deconfliction (maintain visual of 11 S8 calendars, daily) 
• Slide production and/or updates for weekly meetings including S8PE Monday Tag-up, S8PE Tuesday Weekly Sync, S8 Divisions Internal weekly Sync, weekly DAF Staff meeting and the monthly CSRO Staff meeting 
• ETMS2 –  tracking assignment, progress, and completion of tasks, and maintaining leadership SA of all tasks 
• Schedule preps and product vector checks with S8P and CSRO Front Offices for POM/PBR, PDM. 
• Track product/Read Ahead due dates for preps and binder delivery for actual meetings 
• Track S8PE staff schedules for leave/appointments 
• Track PRT/RMG/DMAG meetings during PBR 
• Maintain the Corporate Structure Roster for all USSF organizations (FLDCOMs, SF Component Commands, DRUs, HAF and SAF offices) 
• Schedule USSF Corporate Structure Group/Board/Council meetings during POM and PBR 
• Update S8PE recall roster 
• Schedule any meetings as needed for S8PE at the request of Leadership, Production team, or Corporate. 

• Bachelor’s Degree mandatory, plus 10 years (15 years preferred) of experience in office administration, personnel, policy, analysis, MS Office Suite, or equivalent experience/responsibility. 
• Flexible adjusting to changing mission objectives.
• Highly organized team player able to juggle multiple tasks quickly
• Able to engage and build relationships across multiple offices/services
• TS/SCI Security Clearance
