Responsibilities
- Own schedule adherence, risk management, and reporting cadence across all Vehicle Engineering departments
- Maintain and drive the program-level Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and identify true program critical path
- Identify, assess, and mitigate engineering program execution risks and escalate decision points proactively
- Present program updates, risks, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Establish goals, metrics, and a scoreboard to increase predictability and efficiency of engineering work
- Build, lead, mentor, and coach a team of TPMs to support Vehicle Engineering delivery
- Standardize program management methodologies, tools, templates, and best practices across programs
- Facilitate transparent cross-functional communication among engineering, PMO, and operations stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or related field (preferred: aerospace, electrical, mechanical)
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in engineering/science) is preferred but not required
