You Will:
Develop, maintain, and enhance the company's image with thought leaders/high profile individuals and/or groups.
Represent the Surgical Organization as a key contact with physician consultants, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organizes company-sponsored symposia for consultant and advisory board meetings.
Develops, fosters and maintain key customer relationships with healthcare professionals, aligning their key interests and expertise with our engagement opportunities.
Drives engagement with surgical and medical society organizations strategically aligned with the business to increase market access and development opportunities and to aid in the education of other healthcare professionals..
Develops concepts and aligns programs with market, product and brand strategies..
May negotiate sponsorship contracts.
Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree required and 5 years of experience or
Advanced degree and 3 years of experience
Experience managing complex HCP focused programs
Experience in a customer facing role
Nice to Have:
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with physician consultants across business functions
Ability to influence and coach others to ensure effective and efficient delivery programs.
Surgical portfolio understanding
Experience with Robotic Surgery
Experience working with medical societies
Experience planning and executing surgeon advisory boards
Project management skills
Strong communication, interpersonal skills and emotional quotient
Ability to adapt to competing demands and changing priorities with excellent decision making and critical thinking skills
Time management skills and the ability to work under pressure and deadlines
