Senior Supply Chain Systems Project Manager (Oracle ERP + Procurement P2P)

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute functional process and data maps across Procurement, Purchasing, Program Management, Material Management and related functions.
- Align Supply Chain priorities with Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing and other stakeholders on requirements, constraints and timelines.
- Drive implementation roadmaps with IT from requirements and resourcing through delivery, sprint planning, training and rollout.
- Serve as SME/point of contact for systems, process and data roadmaps across sourcing, purchasing, supplier quality, planning, inventory and warehouse operations.
- Scope and deploy supply chain reporting/KPI suites including supplier-facing portals and internal dashboards to surface health, risks and opportunities.
- Define requirements and lead the business side of development for home-grown applications to ensure usability, automation and integration.
- Create and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and support rapid scale; build ad-hoc tools to bridge gaps prior to larger system fixes.
Education
- B.S. in engineering, supply chain, business, or equivalent degree (required)
- Master's in data analytics, supply chain management or related field (preferred)
