Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive calendar support for 2–3 VP/GM-level executives, managing complex, multi-timezone schedules
- Coordinate and manage internal and external meetings involving senior leadership
- Plan and book domestic and international executive travel, including logistics and itineraries
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executives
- Draft and synthesize communications to close information gaps between stakeholders
- Handle confidential communications and materials with discretion and professionalism
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
- Provide backup support within the administrative team and assist with cross-team tasks
- Be available for occasional domestic travel as required
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
