Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of business development from opportunity identification through completion
- Identify and secure renewable power customers and manage prospect pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to validate project viability
- Participate in project due diligence and economic/financial analysis
- Serve as liaison between development and financial analysis teams to align deal structure and assumptions
- Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and routine progress reports
- Prepare presentations for senior management and support budget reviews
- Negotiate and obtain development permits and interconnection agreements
- Work with internal teams to negotiate contract terms across finance, engineering, procurement and legal
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory incentives
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry, government, and customer contacts
- Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Development
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
