- Comfort experimenting with new formats including generative AI and programmatic workflows
Responsibilities
- Set creative vision and strategic direction for motion across brand, product, and marketing.
- Establish and maintain scalable, emotionally intelligent motion systems and brand motion guidelines.
- Create broadcast-quality video outputs for national campaigns, including primetime TV placements.
- Lead motion for high-visibility brand and product launches to drive storytelling and conversion.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and marketing to embed motion into user experiences and toolkits.
- Partner with executive stakeholders and external agencies to align motion strategy with business goals.
- Introduce and champion new tools and formats (Lottie, 3D, generative AI, programmatic animation).
- Coach, mentor, and develop motion talent; raise motion literacy across the organization.
- Represent motion in leadership forums and influence hiring, evaluation, and team growth.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in design, animation, motion graphics, or equivalent experience
- Robust portfolio demonstrating concept-to-production motion work
- Demonstrated track record of leadership and systems-level motion work
