Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the Rentals business and adapt to market changes
- Lead product strategy and delivery for consumer and partner rental experiences
- Own Rentals P&L, managing revenue, operating expenses, and staffing levels
- Drive commercial success of key partnerships (e.g., Zillow Rentals) and secure content partnerships
- Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and accountability frameworks for Rentals channels
- Align cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Marketing, Analytics) to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with Finance to build revenue forecasts and budgets aligned to corporate goals
- Provide leadership and mentorship to direct reports and indirect support teams (Operations, Finance, HR)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA or equivalent experience preferred
