We’re looking for a Graphic Design / Print Specialist who can bridge creativity with precision. Someone who thrives in both digital and print design, understands the technical nuances of production, and delivers visuals that captivate audiences and strengthen brands.
You’ll work with marketers, writers, and strategists to create high-impact designs across sectors like real estate, Greentech, and capital-raising. The projects are dynamic, fast-paced, and meaningful. We need someone with the creativity of an artist—and the meticulous eye of a production expert.
About You

- You’re fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and love exploring new tools.

What You’ll Do
- Design digital and print materials: brochures, pitch decks, ads, signage, social assets, and more.
- Prepare files for print production—ensuring correct formatting, resolution, and color accuracy.
- Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently across all deliverables.
- Collaborate with writers, strategists, and media specialists to bring campaigns to life.
- Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines.
- Coordinate with external printers and vendors, reviewing proofs to ensure flawless execution.
- Suggest creative and technical improvements to workflows and processes.
What You’ll Need
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong background in print.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Solid knowledge of print processes, pre-press, and production standards.
- Strong English communication—written and spoken.
- Proven ability to balance creative vision with technical accuracy.
- Comfort working fully remote, across time zones and teams.
